What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a professional, meticulous, adaptable, and diligent individual to help us take our team to the next level.

You will represent our general contracting team as you oversee commercial construction projects and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key vendors.

• Assist in all aspects of assigned construction projects including schedule, budget, safety, quality control, and reporting.
• Supervise and control all aspects of assigned construction sites
• Report directly to Project Superintendent
• Maintain project schedules
• Participate in weekly foreman meetings including use of Last Planner System
• Facilitate Daily Huddles with trade partners
• Coordinate directly with vendors and subcontractors
• Assist Project Superintendent in quality control procedures, inspections, and vendor communications
• Assist Project Manager with cost projections as needed
• Complete internal inspections via Procore
• Create and manage observations via Procore
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and specifications in Procore
